Small-batch CNC machining
Dadeks is structured for work in the 1-300 piece range. This is a deliberate decision about how we operate, not a constraint. It allows us to stay focused on quality, maintain close attention to each order, and serve customers who need precision over volume.
Mechanical engineer on staff
Having a mechanical engineer in-house means we can review your drawings thoroughly and identify potential issues before production begins. We can engage meaningfully when specifications need discussion.
ISO 9001 compliant (QMS)
We meet ISO 9001 compliant quality management system (QMS) standards. We document our processes, follow them consistently, and can support procurement requirements that depend on it.
Our Precision Machining Capabilities
Dadeks Machine Works is a Houston CNC machine shop producing precision machined components for purchasing managers, engineers, maintenance managers, and operations leaders who need parts made to spec and delivered on schedule. When a job requires outside finishing services – plating, heat treating, grinding – we source and manage that work as well.
CNC turning
Six CNC Lathes and four manual lathes handle parts up to 6 inches in diameter and 40 inches in length. Standard tolerances held to ±0.005”; capable of working down to ±0.001” when specifications require it.
CNC milling
Three and four-axis milling across five CNC mills and three manual mills, with a work envelope up to 40” x 20” x 24”. Four-axis finishing available in-house.
Drilling & boring
In-house drilling to 12 inches in depth; boring to 6 inches in diameter and 12 inches in length. Deeper drilling is sourced and managed as needed.
Laser marking
Two Omtech laser markers, 30W and 50W, for engraving on flat or curved surfaces. Data Matrix code capability is available for parts requiring traceability.
Prototype & repeat production
We work from your finished drawings across the full range of small-batch CNC machining needs: prototype runs, short-run production, turnkey solutions, and repeat orders.
